Step 5 Working Through an Accepted Offer
You and the Seller have agreed upon the price & terms and you're under contract. Yeah!
Congratulations, you are are on your way to owning the home! Your Sonoran Sky Real Estate agent will send the necessary documents to your lender and the title company to open escrow, then follow through on the process until closing.
Within 3 days of a signed contract your lender will send you a Loan Estimate. Review this carefully and discuss/negotiate terms and costs with your lender.
The contract has many requirements for you to fulfill, all with strict dead-lines. Your agent will work hard to guard your earnest money protect you form legal problems while keeping you, the title company, and your lender on-track to a smooth close of escrow.

- Deliver earnest money
- Review and complete documents

- Research HOA and associations
- Order insurance policies
- Do your due diligence and home inspections
