My kids and I just moved to Scottsdale from North Carolina. We were searching Zillow for houses before coming out and found Marcella. While I was a student at ASU Marcella helped me get a 4 bedroom home in South Scottsdale. It is perfect. The yard is huge so plenty of room for my dogs to play. I’ve graduated from ASU but work just north of here off the 101 so the home location is still just right. And I love the area! It’s close to Old Town and the 101 is handy enough for me to get to anywhere I need to go. I rent 2 of the rooms to friends, so that helps with my bills. I absolutely love this home and it was awesome working with Marcella.

Marcella assisted me with the sell of my home on Camelback Mountain. During closing, Phoenix had extremely heavy rain storms. Twice debris from the mountain slid down, completely filling the swimming and flooding other areas of the property. Since I was unavailable, Marcella managed the massive clean up project both times, helped me update the disclosure statements and got my home sold! Prior to this sell, Marcella facilitated the sale of my home in Incline Village, NV. She also sold 2 airplane hangars for me and helped sell 4 airplanes. She was of invaluable service to me, I could not have managed without her.
